How we work together
I do not use scripted solutions or standardized procedures. I believe in delivering innovative thinking to each and every unique client, drawing from my extensive experience to help drive the critical changes necessary for success. We start with your vision of success and from there break it’s complexity into small, achievable steps. The overall goal is to get you proactive versus reactive. From me you will receive intense and deep listening along with challenging questions that foster creative bursts. I believe that you have the answers, it’s my job to ask you the questions leading to the ah-ha moments.
For individuals, we start with an in-depth 90 minute call and then we have 50 minute calls twice a month. You’re free to set the topic agenda. Topic range is typically vast from starting a company to stepping into a c-suite role to boundary setting. I will coach you on where you’re feeling stuck, find undiscovered opportunities, hold you accountable for what you say you’re going to do, and more. My coaching style is holistic – meaning I want to make sure you’re firing on all cylinders – business and life.
Typically clients work with me for at least nine months, but the subscription is month to month. Monthly subscription = $700/month.
